GREENVILLE – The benefits of having a trained dog are many and varied. From the moment you get your new puppy or dog, you start to shape their personality and habits, both good and bad. The benefits of training your four-legged buddy from the start will enable both of you to have happier, more fulfilling lives. If you have a puppy, training courses provide the experience your puppy needs to develop interaction skills with other puppies, with people, and in new environments. Puppy socialization has been found to be vital to the mental health of adult dogs. Puppy classes provide the opportunity for this important facet of raising your pup.

Training courses provide dog owners with the skills and knowledge to deal with common normal canine behavior, starting with puppy behaviors such as home training and chewing. Regardless of what age you start training your dog, basic training provides the foundation for any activity, behavior, or job you want your dog to do. The training provides dogs with the basic good manners we all want, from being polite greetings when guests arrive, to being able to walk on a leash, to being able to come when they are called. A trained dog is a fully participating family member – what a gift for everyone. A trained dog joins in when the company comes, accompanies the children’s sports games, camps, visits friends and relatives with you, goes hiking, swims and everything else the family does together.

Training allows you to choose from a wide range of activities and dog sports to participate in and enjoy your dog, such as: B. Dog Obedience, Agility, Trick Dog, Therapy Dog, Rally, Tracking, Dock Diving, Fast Cat, and a nearly endless range of fun and philanthropic things to do. Exercise has been shown to be the most important thing that keeps your dog in their home forever. The training strengthens your mutual bond, strengthens your partnership and enriches the relationship you share with your dog – is there anything better? A trained dog is a joy for you and your dog.
